Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the number of purchased items, the total weight of your package and your location. You can calculate your shipping costs, at any time, on your cart page, by choosing your country and then clicking on the “update total” button”. This will make you aware of your shipping costs BEFORE checking out and processing to payment. In case of returns (wrong address or personal reasons), exchanges, non-received/unclaimed items, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary between 1 to 6 weeks, depending on your location. An additional 0-3 business day processing time is also required for all orders. Some additional delays might also occur during holidays and after long weekends.

 

Wrong Address, Non-received / Unclaimed Items & Returns

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
